Harry Were is an identical twin and was born in Tāmaki Makaurau in 1990.

She started taking photographs around the age of 8 and started knitting at the same time.

Currently she works as a freelance photographer living in Tāmaki Makaurau. She also runs a small business selling handmade pieces - designed by her and made by women around NZ.
